I have quick access to two main industrial areas in China in the South and North-East, where most productions are located
Within the two first days I will establish contact with the representatives of the factory and will perform an audit in order to verify the standards of their production processes. I will investigate what exactly is produced by the factory, how well the production lines and storage facilities are set up, as well as how is quality control managed. These standard procedures will enable you to get a clear idea of whether it is worth starting cooperation and whether it will be possible to implement any customization or affect the quality of the goods produced.
On the designated date I will come to the factory to inspect the goods that are ready for shipment
The final quality check before the goods are paid and shipped enables to certify that the goods possess all the stated characteristics, operate properly, come in a full set and are packaged well. We can either do a random check or a complete check of 100% of the goods.
I can work on product modification and creating a new trademark (private label)
I have experience with creating new brands and trademarks. I can perform all the steps necessary when working with a private label, including the design of the logo and packaging. All of the steps are agreed upon with the customer and the manufacturer.
I can arrange for the product to be finalized, tested, and packaged in the same location.
I can set up the process for modification of existing products in terms of their quality and, if requested, commission a crisis manager to work in the production.
I will have the products tested in certified third-party laboratories in China
I will obtain the necessary samples of goods from the manufacturer and perform all the tests and measurements. We have done electro-mechanical tests of items according to the customer's specifications.
I will have the samples quickly delivered to your experts for review and evaluation.
